SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Due to occasional circumstances that are outside of our control (such as a weather event, postal strike or worldwide pandemic), delivery time may take longer than quoted.

IN-STORE PICKUP (DEFAULT)

Free In-Store Pick Up!

This is the default as shipping is handled directly by the store, outside of our website's function.

If you have purchased online but need something shipped, please reach out to the store directly to pay additional shipping fees via secure credit card processor or PayPal. 

You will need to provide photo ID to pick up your item.

SHIPPING WITHIN USA

  • Orders are shipped by bikeflights or Fedex- this can be changed by request of customer. 
  • You  may call to pay additional shipping fees via secure credit card processor or request a PayPal invoice for a full order of item+shipping or just additional shipping tacked on to your existing online order. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • For orders shipped outside of USA, customers will be responsible for the whole shipping cost. International sales are final. We cannot accept returns.
  • Orders going to international destinations are shipped by bikeflights or Fedex- this can be changed by request of customer. 
  • International orders are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees, once the package reaches its destination. These fees are solely the responsibility of the receiver. Velojawn cannot provide an estimate. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

CJC Bike Shop LLC does not collect additional taxes on orders shipped outside of USA. WARRANTY AND RETURNS

In the case of merchandise returns, shipping charges will not be refunded, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the shipper, except in cases of mistakes by CJC Bike Shop LLC.

All returns require prior email authorization. Reach out to [email protected] to initiate a return. 

If returned items arrive in used or damaged condition, we reserve the right to issue partial refunds. 

At this time we do not accept returns from other countries, unless a mistake was made by CJC Bike Shop LLC. If you are ordering from outside the USA, please be sure that you want what you are ordering. International sales are final sale.

For warranties, please reach out directly to the store. State Bicycle Co. bicycles request consumers directly contact the brand, but most warranties will be eneacted through the bike shop rather than the brand.
